Welcome to Be Medical Centre (the “Clinic”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (https://bemedicalcentre.com.au) (the “Site”), and your relationship with us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Interpretation & Definitions
- Patient / User / You: a visitor or user of the Site, any individual seeking to engage with the Clinic’s services, or otherwise accessing content on the Site.
- Services: any medical, dermatological, skin cancer, aesthetic, surgical, consultative services, or other health-related services offered directly or indirectly by the Clinic.
- Content: information, text, images, audio, video, materials, or other items posted on or available via the Site.
- Booking Tools / Third-Party Tools: external applications (e.g. HotDoc or equivalents) used to facilitate appointment bookings, communication, or payments.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 Permission to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 Prohibited Uses

3.1 Medical Information Only & No Substitution
The Content on the Site is for general information purposes only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about your medical condition.
3.2 No Doctor–Patient Relationship by Use of Site
Accessing or using the Site does not establish a doctor–patient or clinician–patient relationship. Any communications via the Site are not to substitute for in-person medical consultation.
3.3 Appointment Booking & Third-Party Tools
When you make bookings via third-party platforms (e.g. HotDoc), their terms, conditions, and privacy practices also apply. We are not responsible for failures or disruptions in those systems.
3.4 Risks & Individual Variation
Medical and aesthetic procedures carry risks and outcomes may vary between individuals. Any decisions to undergo treatment should be made in consultation with a qualified practitioner, considering your particular circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, layout, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Queensland or
relevant State / Territory courts for resolution of disputes.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
If a change is material, we may (but are not obligated to) notify users via prominent notices or via email (if applicable).

- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
